14: Master button
By holding down the button while
turning any one of the individual
lamp head power dials, the pack will
automatically adjust all channels
equally. This makes overall power
adjustments quick and easy.
15: USB port
Controls all functions of up to 127 packs
from a single computer. The Mac software
is supplied with the generator.
16: Ready mode indicators
17: Ready mode button
Ready flash status is indicated by
different audible and optical signals.
18: Ready lamp & Test button
Illuminates when the flash is
100% recycled.
19: Model light button
A. Max – Modeling light is on full power
regardless of the flash output settings.
B. Max Proportional – regardless of
where the power is set for each
individual lamp head on a single
pack, the lamp head receiving the
most power will automatically
have max modeling light and the
other connected heads will have
a proportional modeling light.
C. Proportional – as the power is
raised or lowered, the modeling light
dims or brightens proportionally to
show a true lighting ratio between the
lamp heads.
D. 1/2 proportional – same as proportional,
but modeling light begins at 1/2 power.
This is especially useful when mixing
1200 and 2400 or 2400 and 4800 flash
generators on the set.
E. Off.
20: Model light indicators
21: Normal/Fast recycle switch
Switching to normal recycle draws less
current and extends the recycling time.
This is ideal when shooting in locations
that have low amp fuses.
